- I will start with the customer service by the staff in the office was excellent. They were very friendly and professional and help make the process move along. The facility seems a little dated and it shows but you can tell they try to keep it maintained. The only issue I have from the start up was the door going into the section my unit is in does not stay open and it would be real nice if they had some device to use to prop it open
