- I am satisfied with my experience with Public Storage. Michael, the manager, is very nice, professional, accomodating, and thorough. Be advised though, I had a very large piece of furniture and needed a roll up door to get into the unit. It is not temp controlled. Check with the manager. The rates are very reasonable, too.

- The facility is clean and easy to get to. The registration process was smooth. My only comment is I was told I had to have insurance for my belongings and I had to buy it from Public Storage. I wasn't expecting that expense and if I had known that ahead of time I could have gotten insurance for probably less than I am having to pay through Public Storage.
