- The facility is very clean and secure, and the attendants have usually been friendly. Unfortunately, getting someone to respond to issues is a process of emails and phone tag with out-of-town management. I was also unhappy with a summer period of at least a month, where I was paying high prices for "climate controlled storage," yet the thermometer/moisture detector in my unit was showing temps in the 80s and humidity in the 70s. Not only did they not bother to mention to customers that they were having HVAC issues and they might want to check on sensitive stored items; but once I noticed on two different trips and complained, they didn't even offer any reduction of storage fees when I would have been just as well off using an outdoor storage facility at half the cost.

- I have been in this storage facility for about 6 years and have never had a problem until save green bought out the storage company before them. Since save green bought them out 11 units were broken into and mine was one of them. I had numerous electronics stolen, 3 flat screen tv’s RC cars and camping equipment, just to name a few. The cameras weren’t working and the security gat was wide open the night of the break in. The only call I received was to inform me of the break in. There was never a call to apologize about the break in and there was no compensation offered. When I told the manager that I spoke to about my losses they shrugged it off like it was no big deal to them. I’m currently a tenant with save green but do not trust there security. I will be looking for another unit with better security measures in place.
