The person at the front desk has no communication device that a customer can contact to let them know they are outside the office. There needs to be a phone number or front door buzzer that a customer can activate to directly contact the on-duty office person. ALSO... There needs to be more push carts for customers. There are only three for the entire first floor storage building. There needs to be two carts per entrance.
