Only thing I had trouble with was when I called the number listed online for my local "Public Storage" I got someone in a call center who wasn't in the same city as I was. And she never let me know that. The entire time I was talking to her, I thought I was talking to the local office. They need to communicate that to the customer when they call. - Will not rent from these clowns again. I was using auto draft for two years rental, rate went up three times. Started out 146.00 to 156.00 to 196.00. When I went to turn in the unit on the March 8, 2022. Martha stated that Kannapolis Self Storage doesn't refund monies at the end of the monthly rental. So, I'm out the monies that is owned to me! I'm on auto draft, that means that I should not be locked out of my unit, they put their lock on the unit I had to be in Mooresville with material that was in the unit, had to wait an hour for them to find someone to take the lock off. So sad that you can't do anything about the situation! My opinion they treat you nice until you move out and then Overcash gets everything out you that they can!! Will not rent a storage unit, buy insurance or buy real estate (((Overcash)))!
