- Reserved a unit online. Very easy. Went to location to complete the sign-up, but no people to assist.. only a kiosk. Let me pull up my account, but then nothing! Couldn't complete the information and payment. Had to go home and wasn't even able to do it on the computer. Called and got assistance there to complete everything and get the payment started. Got everything accomplished, got my entry code and my lock code. Moved in on my scheduled day. The unit was very clean.

Also, supplied rental insurance paperwork and was still charged for thier insurance for 6 months on my autopay... they are a rip off. Please beware!

- Working with the office manager was a mostly pleasant experience. He explained everything in detail. When I signed up online, I was not made aware of the required insurance which increased my cost more than anticipated. It was not the manager's fault but should be included in the website information. The site is clean, well maintained, and secure and the unit I rented was excellent. I highly recommend Public Storage but be prepared to pay the insurance unless your homeowners insurance includes off site storage.

- DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Since I have been with 10 Federal they have raised the rent 6 times in 3 years. They raised the rent again in April of 2024 and they just sent another increase yesterday. Ive gone from $96 per unit per month from when I started to now they want $177 per unit. The kicker is that they have the same units I have (10x20) listed for $133 per month on 2 different websites. So rather than lowering the rent for customers who have paid their rent on time for 3 years you want to raise the rent but give new customers a lower rent.

I would have gone with another reputable storage company had they had a better location due to pricing, but Public Storage had the better location so I gave up something to gain something. Overall very pleased, and again loved the customer service online and onsite.

- I only have ONE issue and that is not having better parking storage. My space is on dirt and whenever it rains,then you have mud. No one wants to walk in mud and track it into there car. Gravel should have placed all over the parking area, not just a few.
