Later, I had to edit my reservation, and Shanell was so accommodating and kind. On our move-in date, she was in the office, and saw us quickly; offering a particular parking space for our storage vehicle, but allowed us to choose any we wanted if we did not like that one. We chose a different spot, and Shanell finished the reservation in an efficient, professional, and pleasant manner. Her office mate was also hospitable, and our experience was 5-star.
