- I have not received the customer service basics that I would expect from a quality storage space facility. The clerk has constantly argued with me over the phone rather than assisting me with several billing issues. The store was closed at Noon yesterday (on a Wed.) with no sign indicated when it would reopen. Another customer and I were not able to get service. I traveled from 30 minutes away just to make a payment and to review my statement.
