- First of all the facility was very, very clean. Of course security is extremely important, and the fact that you have to enter your personal code to access the facility, then again to access your building and again the elevator or the hallway tells me that this place really does have security.....and don't forget the video cameras because they are there too. Now add to that the people in the front office....very professional and very helpful. Sarah assisted us and provided us with good advice and also gave us a tour to make sure that we would be happy storing our furniture and belongings there. We have moved around a lot and have used plenty of storage facilities, so far this is our favorite.

- The move-in process was simple, and the customer service was great. Having easy access to a nearby dolly was also very helpful. There were a few bugs in the unit, but I guess that’s what happens with an outdoor storage unit. I just moved in, but overall it was a pretty good experience.

- Location is ok. Nice, clean unit. Was disappointed being lied to about the type of lock used. The mandatory insurance is enough extra cost without gouging the cost of a lock. Was told a disc lock was used, but found out it was a cylinder lock when I arrived. Bad way to start a customer relationship.
