- Needed a storage unit rather quickly and Uncle Bob's came through with flying colors. Reserved my unit on a Wednesday afternoon and moved my things in on a Friday. Zero problems throughout the process. Edwina assisted me with the paperwork at the front desk and she was extremely helpful, polite, cheery, and extremely friendly. The free truck that was provided with move-in was a great deal and ended up saving me quite a bit of money/hassle. Would definitely recommend Uncle Bob's to anyone looking for a storage unit!

Storage was clean and enough space for a large truck to come in and turn. The other day Katy was in the store and she was quite helpful too. Store was at good location and and is kept in good shape the prices are reasonable too. Except the padlock.

- The associate I worked with (Sabrina) was friendly, thoughtful, and professional. I was very pleased with the facilities- very clean premises and fine storage unit. I was a little irritated by the policy of only giving a discount for 50% off a unit for the first unit purchased. I would have gotten an additional climate controlled unit and kept it for a year, but I was denied the 50% first month deal because I was already a client (as of 3 days prior, when I got my initial unit). Seems a silly policy. Boxes are overpriced- go to Home Depot at $.77 a box vs P.S. $2.12 a box- but convenient to have as a back-up
