- The associate I worked with (Sabrina) was friendly, thoughtful, and professional. I was very pleased with the facilities- very clean premises and fine storage unit. I was a little irritated by the policy of only giving a discount for 50% off a unit for the first unit purchased. I would have gotten an additional climate controlled unit and kept it for a year, but I was denied the 50% first month deal because I was already a client (as of 3 days prior, when I got my initial unit). Seems a silly policy. Boxes are overpriced- go to Home Depot at $.77 a box vs P.S. $2.12 a box- but convenient to have as a back-up

Also there were more charges that was let on when I took advantage of the $1 first month rent. - My 10 by 15 storage unit measures 9 by 14 which is 24 square feet less than the 150 square feet it should be. I measured the room infront of the leasing agent but she said she has no ability to make a rent adjustment. I still took the unit but I will always feel I'm paying too much.
