When I called Public Storage in Fuquay a super nice, helpful young lady said they did have what I wanted, and I could come in that day to get it. I went in, she went over the forms with me, signed my paperwork, then walked me to my unit and told me about the lock, insurance and full 9 yards. I give her 5 stars for being so helpful and kind.
