- When I called the Gautier number the woman was not nice at all. Wasnt telling me about specials I already knew about. She was going to charge me full price. She had her car parked in the lane blocking it. I tooted my horn and she came out making a gesture like"what's wrong?" I asked her to move her vehicle. She got all huffy and backed up almost hitting my truck and I had to back up to avoid it! The girl at the national number all was great!! My unit was locked with a combo lock. The first man I talked to went looking for the code to unlock it and never came back on line. I was freezing! I finally got through to another man who got the code right away and was very helpful. You need to get rid of that woman on site!! I came very close to cancelling! I could barely understand her.
