- Bathroom was DISGUSTING. No paper towels, no toilet paper, urine all over toilet seat! Every single time I come into this storage facility their bathroom is nasty. I have complained to the manager about it and all she did was walk outside on the phone and act as if it was an inconvenience.

- radiant Storage bought several local storage units last year and changed the local management and the bill pay process. Trouble was their computer program would not recognize me as a renter of their units. It took several attempts to reach the not onsite representative. In their introduction letter they claimed that their payment late fee would be after the 5th of month. Today the 4th, and about 6 months after radiant bought the units, it appears they finally got their payment system up, there is a surprise charge of $5.99 for using their email payment system. Bottom Line Go store someplace else!!!!!!!
