- There's no A/C working inside the building. The thermostat on the wall says it was 80 degrees inside the building and it felt like it was. I thought this was supposed to be climate control w/Air conditioning. I stated to the guy that was on duty that they need to turn the A/C on or lower the temperature because it's hot in the building. He just looked at me and didn't bothered to do anything. Overall, my storage unit is good and it was clean. I like that my unit has a light in it.

- I am disappointed in your storage facility for several reasons: 1. The in house attendant was rude, and although he was not there when I arrived, when he did arrive insisted that he was there all the time and that the door was not locked. My family and I saw him arrive and park, and yet he did not come to the door to tell us he was back. 2. The lock given to us did not work properly, and had to be cut in order to get back into the unit. 3. When we discovered that we did not need the unit, we were told that we could not get a refund. We paid a full month for storage for only 24 hours.. I have never experienced this type of arrangement before. We should have been given a prorated refund. Dr. Godfrey
