- i found the service helpful and cordial but i was forced to buy a lock from the facility at the time i wanted to move in. i wanted to put my things in the space and run to walmart to get a lock. i was told i couldn't do that, that in order to put my things in, i had to have a lock. this is ridiculous! so i purchased a lock for the insane price of $19.99 plus tax and it hasn't fit right into the receptacle or fit flush into the receptacle since i bought it. the manager says that it doesn't have to fit flush, but i walked the length of the spaces and every other lock of this type fit flush into their receptacles. it is a shame that public storage has to stoop to this tactic to make a few dollars. not good for loyalty.

- I have'nt officially put anything in the unit yet but i love the customer service and professional help i received from Arthur in the office the grounds were clean and it was easy to navigate. I would advise in the future to be upfront about additional fees connected with renting the storage space in advertisement as well . The going promotion is reasonable but i wish there was some thing for if you needed more than one unit. I would recommend to my family and friends moving is expensive and anything or anywhere that will do anything to make it easy is welcomed and needed. My brother-in-law decided to get a unit after myself there too. Thank you Crystal Wagner-Thomas

- The only issue encountered: after reserving via SpareFoot w/o credit card to start rental on May 10th, received an e-mail invitation from Life Storage to finalize by providing my credit card. When I clicked the link in that e-mail, w/o my noticing it changed the start date from May 10th to May 1st, so I ended up paying for extra 9 days that I didn't need. Contacted that facility but they said there was nothing they could do to change the start date.

- As a single father and a magician my life can be pretty hectic. Finding a place to store all of my magic supplies has been a very big problem for me. However from the moment I pulled up to this location I knew this would be the place! I was in awe. Every other place I looked into was so dirty and was not a place I'd want to store my magical equipment however this was not the case here at public storage! It was so well kept and inviting! The customer service was remarkable. Stacy the manager of the property was helpful, friendly and everything i hoped for! Along with this she was also super nice to my son Xavier and joked around with him too. I will never forget the wonderful experience I had there and I continue to store things there to this day. I recommend anyone and everyone come here and use this location to store there things! Also if anybody need a magician hit me up. Abracadabra!
