- Why does your location of the "enter" key pad require the person to exit their vehicle? This is the only storage I have used that is set up this way. The area around and in front of my unit is in dyer need of cleaning. The garage door is very hard to open.Lubrication of the track and rollers would help a lot.

- The Guy and Gal that were at the front desk were sooooo awesome!! We had a laugh about the hand sanitizer spraying me in the face! But besides that, the place was clean and very nice even tho my unit was really far towards the back, the young lady showed me an easier route which made it way easier for me to move my belongings in! - I rented a unit for the past 2 months at this location and it was very satisfactory. The unit and the entire facility were very clean. The property was well lit at night, and is surrounded by high end car dealerships and other businesses that lend to a reputable neighborhood. The premises were secure, and I felt like my belongings were safe. Dennis the property manager is very personable and professional -- makes you aware of the extras that are available, but isn't pushy or overbearing. And he keeps a close eye on the place. The price and value were best in class for the area. If I need a storage unit in this area again, this Public Storage facility is at the top of my list.

- The parking lot is a wreck. Tons of large holes that are difficult to navigate around. My particular unit had a side wall that was bowed in causing a good 12" of intrusion taking up storage space.
