- They advertise as drive-up but only if truck is under 10’6”! A small moving truck is taller than that. They advertise a 20x30, but it’s actually 2-10x30 units next to each other but wall in between. They force you to purchase their insurance for YOUR stuff but with a maximum limit of $5k! Never anyone ON-SITE. Customer service via phone doesn’t know anything and has a difficult time helping you.
