- I had a very difficult time getting to access my unit . The self serve set up was not working. After an extensive information discussion with the rep . I spoke to, I was given the incorrect combination to the unit lock. I had to call back, and explain the entire issue with another rep., who gave me a different number to open the lock. I am hoping going forward, accessing the unit is easier. The facility is quite nice.
