- When you're spending your money with any place of business you would think that you'd treated with respect. I don't know who their receptionist or cashier is use to dealing with, but she has to realize that no two people are alike no matter their race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. Period, and I myself will never just sign on no dotted line without reading the fine print I'm sorry! - Honestly your prices are really high for such a small locker. I am currently looking elsewhere on prices if I find somewhere cheaper I'll be leaving you all. The workers were fine. My lock however is hard asf to unlock n lock up bc we're forced to by ur lock.

- I paid more than double the expected price i.e insurance that you have to purchase to use their facilities, a lock fee you have to pay even if you have your own lock and taxes. The storage unit, even though is inside and down a long hallway (so prepare to hike) is not climate controlled so don’t store anything that can be damaged by excessive hot or cold weather. Not a great experience but it was close to where I live so that’s a plus.

- My experience with A1 storage at this location, was very friendly by stephanie. She was able to work with me and my storage fees , and even allowed me additional time to resolve it. She also allowed me to be able to, with exception the ability to utilize other payment means also. And i was simply amazed by how she gave me a discount on my starting of a unit purchase and account with them. I was very pleased by her friendly customer service, as well as her generousity and understanding. I would definately reccommend her establishment to other customers in need of storage units in the near future.
