- Please READ BEFORE RENTING. Note that MN law forbids PS from requiring duplicate insurance (iirc maybe at all idk). If you have homeowner's you most likely already have coverage. Several Nat'l class actions on the global PS Corp bc they keep over 80% of that "independent" insurance they offer. Not to fault of staff that they are required to lie to you and say you that most purchase it and that it is independent... Also a lie. So just insist that you already have the coverage and they will say okay! Please tell others if they are renting. Also they require you buy a PS Chateau lock which I was told you cannot reuse. Otherwise it is clean and well managed.

- All the employees were courteous and well trained. My only irritation was I was moving to MPS from out of state and had to have our son come locally to complete the paperwork to take advantage of a special. Plus the storage unit is in his name now, not mine, and can't be changed, which is a stupid rule! I'm the customer.....too many hoops to jump through. I've bought houses with less paperwork.

- I rented a larger garage a week ago, and so far my rental experience has been very good. The young lady who helped me do my initial paperwork, as well as the property manager had excellent customer service skills, and were very pleasant to work with. The prices are better than average, the facility is clean, and gates and doors are in good working order, and easy to use. Having rented storage from several providers over the last 20 years, based on my initial experience here I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.
