- I was very pleased with the service and the facility. The only comment I would say is that I wasn't warned ahead of time about needing insurance for the items in the unit, which was $15/month if you use theirs (and you have to have proof of insurance when you're signing the contract). It's cheaper through my own insurance company but not worth the hassle (for me at least) to change it. Which is probably why they don't warn you ahead of time.

I was happy to be able to select the option that was more convenient for me. However, while pricing out options, I called their hotline and the customer service agent told me that the prices I was seeing were not guaranteed and would likely be raised shortly after signing a rental agreement. I'm giving 4 stars because that hasn't happened yet, but it has only been a week since I checked in.
