- My items are stored, and I feel they are reasonably secure. Other than that, however, I my experience at this Pubic Storage location has been sub-par. Earlier this month, the main exit door was broken for over a week (hopefully it has been fixed by now?). This was very inconvenient, and created uncomfortable traffic jams inside the facility. Carts are too few and hard to find. Ceiling is leaking. Facility is also quite dirty. When we moved in (in January) there was a small pile of litter by the side door. The front desk agent said she "hadn't gotten to it", as though maybe she would clean it up the next day. Shockingly, over a month later, what appears to be the SAME trash is still by the door!! I can only say that, because the trash includes what looks like a clump of human hair or perhaps part of a wig. Gross. However, my basic needs are met, and that's ok for now. I would not recommend this facility to others.
