Check-in was straightforward, though the unit had not been swept out or shoveled for my appointment, which I think was a function of holidays and illnesses that all businesses are dealing with now ... but the staff promptly took care of that. - I was very pleased with the service and the facility. The only comment I would say is that I wasn't warned ahead of time about needing insurance for the items in the unit, which was $15/month if you use theirs (and you have to have proof of insurance when you're signing the contract). It's cheaper through my own insurance company but not worth the hassle (for me at least) to change it. Which is probably why they don't warn you ahead of time.

- The employee I worked with was very helpful and laid out everything clearly for me. I did not like having to go back or call to check daily to see what the prices were. Packing and planning to move is already stressful enough and then trying to time demand for the best price was a pain. However, once a day was picked the process was easy. - I had a great experience at the location that I visited. I reserved a space online, and was given two different options for that size based on where they were in the complex. I was happy to be able to select the option that was more convenient for me. However, while pricing out options, I called their hotline and the customer service agent told me that the prices I was seeing were not guaranteed and would likely be raised shortly after signing a rental agreement. I'm giving 4 stars because that hasn't happened yet, but it has only been a week since I checked in.
