- I requested a ground floor, inside unit but there were none available when I checked in. However, Dorothy was really nice about finding an upstairs unit that was at least close to the elevator. I am a little concerned that there wasn't an actual ceiling for the 2nd floor units, just a metal/write grate... Seems less secure in terms of theft as well as rodents/pests. I was also told that there's been an issue with people stealing locks? I'm not sure if that was just locks lying around or what, but just being told that there are any theft issues in a place where you will keep your belongings is not very reassuring. I am very happy with the price I got and the location relative to my place of residence though. I have never rented a storage locker before and don't have much ground for any material complaints currently, just some reservations about my belongings being in a place where I don't always know they are safe.

Third, when I arrived at the facility, the staff was pleasant and helpful and sensitive to Covid-19 concerns. I had absolutely not problems parking my camper and getting all the final details settled.

- When I showed up at the Fly Cloud rd. location with what I thought was a reservation. I was told they no longer had a unit for that price. I was redirected to the other Eden Prairie location which came the closest to advertised price. I thought it was unusual that I needed to purchase a key & lock set that wouldn't work on any other application. That was not advertised. It cost me over $70 to get started, but was advertised as 1/2 price for the 1st month. Full price is $34.00 . The additional cost should be advertised as total cost, up front in bold print. No need to hide it...

- The staff is great and very knowledgeable. They were wonderful to work with. I'm taking 1 star off because my first unit had no lights. They were in the middle of fixing them but after a month in a half they were still broken. My unit was in the back corner so I had to bring a flash light if I wanted to see anything.

- Representative at the on site office was very nice and informative. Getting the first months rent free was wonderful. The storage unit was clean except for a few small balls of shipping tape. There was a moderate amount of snow and ice in front of the storage door that made it a bit slippery to walk across carrying boxes Etc. However, overall it was a good experience.
