- This is my first time using any storage facility but I must say I have been extremely impressed with Public Storage. Nickole was beyond helpful with all my questions. The 5x15 temperature controlled unit was very accessible, clean, and lighted. Perfect for my storage needs. My only complaint would be you are forced to add insurance at one of three levels. Not too pricy($11,$13,$15 per month)but you are informed of this on the last step of paperwork process which is a bit questionable as a business/upcharge practice.
