- This is the place to go right now in the twin cities metro area. Booking a reservation with Sparefoot helped me lock in a great deal, and Karla the facility manager was fantastic and friendly, while maintaining social distancing. Together they were able to get me a fantastic deal on a storage unit that was LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE of the nearest competitor, and this is a climate controlled unit!! It’s a brand new building, very clean, centrally located to Minneapolis/ St. Paul, and these price points, the overall value cannot be matched anywhere in MN!! You should put the this location at the top of your list!!

I have been a client here off and on for 4 years currently I have been having things stored on property for the last two and a half years. Sense Dar has become the face of this place customer service is 10 out of 10 and they go above and beyond for you. Reminders, smiles. Honestly I wouldn't store anywhere else.
