- Sarah and the rest of the staff are great. Great facility, clean. Only negatives are the mandatory lock purchase, mandatory administration fee, and the mandatory insurance. They don't tell you about these fees until you've already started all the contract stuff. I would have gone elsewhere if I had know about the fees, as it cost way more than I planned on. If I hadn't needed the storage Unit the next day, I never would have agreed to these outrageous fees.

Having these additional units during this frenzied pace has helped us to increase profits and having the security in place gives us confidence to leave all our stuff here.
