It’s nice that all units are indoors, but that made unloading a U-Haul a ton of extra work because my unit was way in the back. Also didn’t expect the office the be closed for lunch. She then at 6:15pm took time to show me the unit and explained how the pull-up door worked. She swept the garage and it was very clean and presentable. I did purchase a lock for the garage unit from her. We need more people in this world like Cassandra. I was so please with her dedication to job and how helpful she was. She gets 10 STARS......

- The process was very simple and straightforward. Pick a unit size that you need, they will show you the unit before purchasing. I got a 5x10 and they were very clean and included a lock. I was helped by Shauna, who went out of her way to find a unit that was closer to the elevator which I really thought was kind. Would have her help me anytime, 5 stars! They have a Bluetooth feature on their app that allows you to bypass having to continuously enter you access code which is nice.
