- I had one big problem. I wanted a smaller unit which was inside but my vending machine would not fit through the door. So when I went to change my unit to a larger one which was located outside of the building I was charged another non refundable 29.95 administration fee. Not to mention that my original fee was not refunded even though I never moved into the unit. I also lost out on the promotion of having my first month being half off because the system no longer considered me a new customer even though I only had the other unit for five minuets and never moved in. On the bright side the young lady helping me was wonderful. She did everything that she could do to help me out. She even reached out to her supervisor to try and find a way for me to get my money back. I felt like she went above and beyond in order to make my transaction go as smooth as possible.
