- The storage facility itself is decent. The only issues I had was with the staff. I reserved a unit online through their website. Was constantly getting phone calls about moving in and signing the paperwork, even though my Move-In date that I selected online wasn't for another 4 days. Just to keep them from calling me 3 times a day, went in to sign paper work, which then started my lease on that day. While signing paper work, Michelle was giving me options for their rental insurance. She told me that I had to go with their company for the insurance, when I asked if I had to go through them. Ended up canceling it a week later when I was told by my Insurance Agent that the storage unit was already covered in my current Insurance Plan. Like I said, the property was decent, and had ok units. Would of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the pushy staff.

- I was very pleased with how clean the entire facility is, and loved that the aisles are very well lit, and there are electric plugs in the aisles handy to the units if we need anything. Spacious, heavy duty, smooth running elevators made the move-in straightforward. The office staff was very helpful, pleasant and thorough. I'm seriously glad I moved to this facility from the competitor I just left.

- Despite there being massive construction and traffic on Mound, this location did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised with the virtual booth and kiosk because the representative over the phone was extremely short, dry and rude. The virtual assistant was immediately available and open to assisting, although I was completely comfortable with navigating it myself. She assisted from start to finish and was extremely detailed. The unit was perfect and the facility was well maintained and clean. The access code, lock and community was all easy accessible and available. I was wonder at first, but it turned out wonderful and I am gratitude. I intended to use it for a few months, but I definitely might extend that.
