The lady was excellent and explaining all details for this storage to me when I arrived at Public storage, the lady that I spoke with was very helpful and made me understand all things pertaining to my space. - This is not my first storage facility, but it is the best I have experienced so far. Dustin was amazing and his customer service was excellent. The paperwork process is simple and easy. Although, this is a small facility, it is well maintained and they have a bathroom for tenants inside so that we don’t have to leave mid-move. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage, short or long-term. Thank you for accommodating me and taking some stress off of my move!

- I was very pleased signing up for the new unit, I took the rolling cart out to my car, and once I went to bring it back in I realize there is a concrete step that the carts cannot get over, unless you’re very strong, and can lift a loaded cart. This would’ve been a red flag if I had seen it before signing the dotted line. I had to pull up to the door and unload my car through the automatic doors onto the cart and then into my unit. I just find it rather inconvenient.
