- stuck in the elevator, per Help button 45 minute ETA for tech assistance , asked Help representative to phone local 911 or Shelby Fire Department. Help said he could not. I informed him as to how to make the call, but he did not do so. No signals for cell call use, so I could not call 911. However, I was able to. text someone for help and they phoned the Shelby Fire Department, who were dispatched immediately. Another customer came up on the 2nd elevator and was afraid to go back down. She could not locate the stairwell to walk down because there were no signs indicating location of STAIRS. my phone did allow me to phone the ExtraStorage Shelby location number, but it went to voice mail. The same occurred when the 2nd customer tried calling. The 2nd customer was somehow able to reach the on duty Shelby ExtraStorage manager who immediately came and assisted us in getting out of the elevator, just before the Shelby Fire Department arrived. The Shelby Extra Storage Manager was great!

- I got a quote online then I received a call from the location & the lady I spoke with was rude & only wanted to set a date/time to come in. I accidently canceled my online quote & we had to pay more when we signed up in store. When we did come in we worked with Chelsea & she was helpful & friendly. Though the ceiling in our unit was falling & they put in a request to have it fixed but it wasn't fixed in time for us to move items in. The site doesn't seem to be taken care of the front gate was broken, the golf cart wasn't working & the units don't get repaired in a timely manner.
