- Units feel secure with gated entry, clean appearance. The only negative thing is that the latch on my unit is rusty and sticks a bit but otherwise looks great. I have never used a storage unit before and I was able to call and book my unit and move in within a the hour which was extremely convenient. I also got a discount by paying for my first month over the phone.
