- My only complaint is that there was lots of broken glass, various nuts bolts and nails on the lot. The lady who took me to show me the ropes helped me clean up as much as she could. We had to sweep the lot before we could park the camper to avoid getting a flat. Everything thing/one else was perfect. This is our first time renting a place to store anything and the ladies ladies at the Burlingame office were amazing...

- I had booked my reservation online. I had a confirmation code. When I came in, the lady said none of that matters and she would need to start from scratch. Seems like poor training or bad systems. It resulted in a bunch of confusion, repeating my preferences and re-entering information. The worst part is that I rented and drive in, trailerable 10X30 and I went to park my trailer and I can’t back into it because a 20 foot T-mobile van is authorized to park across from me. This makes backing into the spot impossible and getting the trailer in by hand is also not possible without about 4 men pushing by hand. It seems solvable, but I haven’t been able to get back in touch with the facility. Hopefully they will adjust the van parking and it will be all good. Also* there is a 3 inch “step”; higher on others, between the drive and the units.
