- My storage unit locks were cut and all my jewelry was taken. The whole thing with their management and how the issue was handled (or not handled) was very suspicious which made me think management had something to do with cutting my locks. They constantly blamed me for it and said that I had never put locks on my unit. The mandatory insurance I had been paying for had to see either receipts or I needed pictures of me wearing the jewelry to reimburse me for my stolen items. Most horrible experience and I will never trust a storage company again in my life. I truly believed I was scammed by management.

Cierra explained the contract well, gave tips on packing the unit, went over fees that could incur and assisted with the gate issues with a smile. She also explained the insurances and the need to make sure my student was also listed on the unit. Her service made is such a smooth transition especially since we are not local to the area.

- Nothing but trouble at this location. Rented a smaller unit, the locking mechanisms are inferior and jam up easy, and don't lock properly sometimes. My unit was broken into along with 6 others. Because my locking mechanism didn't allow it to be locked properly, I wasn't able to make an insurance claim. Alot of my belongings got ruined , 7 trash bags. Sierra, the rudest storage unit manager ever just informed me that I'm not allowed to put the 7 trash bags of my ruined property in their dumpster. She told me I have to dispose of them.l, suggesting that I throw them away at neighboring businesses wich is illegal.I currently have no vehicle. Its been a nightmare. Cube Smart is happy to take me along with many others who had enough with S.R.O.A.

Also didn't realize I had to have a credit card on file thought it could be my choice as to how I wanted to be billed every month but the Manager said had to leave credit card info.
