- Not a very good place to store anything, and not too mention very poor customer service from the staff and terrible management staff that will not return phone calls . I had my cadillac converter stolen from my motorhome, the staff/managers did not care that it had happened or want to review videos to see who stole it. With all of the cameras and not to mention needing a passcode to get in the gate you would think that there wouldn't be any issue's. I told them I was going to remove my property and would like a refund, to make things even crazier is they billed for the next month of storage even after I was no longer using their facility. As of right 5/19/22 I am still waiting on a refund. They didn't hesitate to bill me but they sure are taking their time looking into getting me my money!!

- This is my first time renting a storage unit. There are two locations in Fenton. One looks much newer but did not have climate controlled units. The unit I have rented is clean though moving in was hazardous due to the floor changing levels several times. The storage grounds themselves are kind of junky. An ancient pontoon party boat, a trailer full of rusty shelves, a rusty old truck and a mustang that looks like it doesn't run all litter the storage grounds. OK for now.

- I absolutely love this storage facility. The units and grounds are extremely clean. It is well lit and gated so your stuff is protected. Insurance is included in the price so if your items are ruined by a natural disaster you are covered. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage facility.
