- Move in day difficult location office was closed even though it said online it was open. Had to run to another location only to talk to a kiosk. Lady on kiosk was wonderful but wasnt able to assist even though she tried really hard to. Was finally able to get one about and 1.5 later. Had to rush to unload because I had a truck rental that closed at 5pm. The unit was not swept and was pretty dirty but was in a rush had no time to sweep out unit. Please seep out unit before renting to next personal. Possibly hose it down some.

- I was very pleased signing up for the new unit, I took the rolling cart out to my car, and once I went to bring it back in I realize there is a concrete step that the carts cannot get over, unless you’re very strong, and can lift a loaded cart. This would’ve been a red flag if I had seen it before signing the dotted line. I had to pull up to the door and unload my car through the automatic doors onto the cart and then into my unit. I just find it rather inconvenient.
