- Our gate code didn’t work on Saturday morning for the big move. No one in office, sign says “we’re open” (glued to the door). Had to call Public Storage customer service multiple times after no answer from the property. After one dropped called, and no option for their customer service from the main menu, I was able to get ahold of them and they had a partner property’s manager come out and give me a code that works. Apparently they had a recent system change or something and the new system isn’t working with the online reservations.

The current layout screams that Public Storage is scamming customers because many customers give up on checking the math.

- We moved in to your unit on 2/16. The biggest snow storm of the year. Bad timing yes. The storage facility and manager were aware we would be moving on that day. We pulled up to the storage unit at 3pm that day only to find that NOTHING had been plowed. The driveway to the facility was not plowed nor was the road back to the storage unit. When a manager arrived she had to park at a neighboring business and walk over because her car couldn’t make it into the driveway of the facility. Absolutely no excuse.

- When I moved in the elevator was not working so it was very disappointing trying to carry all of my belongings up the stairs there was one on the lower level but that was $10 more I felt that since the elevator was not working why couldn't I get that one at the same price for the convenience and good customer service so I was disappointed with that.
