It took over 30 minutes to get someone from corporate to give us the correct gate code, then another 30 minutes to get someone from the local office to give us the correct lock code. Everyone was very helpful; I just had a hard time reaching anyone by phone in a timely manner during normal business hours. Everything else as expected.
