- In the area we have 10 self-storage facilities. All of the facilities seem clean, safe and secure & each place is priced within a few dollars per month of one another. After researching my options online and contacting multiple places I found that the level of customer service was the only thing that set one place apart from the rest. My decision to choose the place was easy. They have an awesome staff that consistently provides amazing customer service!! Thank you to Michelle who recently stayed after hours on a Sunday to assist me. She could have told me to come back on Monday during business hours but instead she insisted on staying to help me right then and she had the best attitude! It's rare to find people that actually do go above and beyond to take care of each customer. Store your stuff here!! They really are the best!

She eased my anxiety related to theft and property damage as she competently directed me to the portion of the contract detailing insurance coverage plans while effectively explaining customer rights in regard to small claims court. Remarkably, Vickie has a keen sense of spatial awareness as she was able to look at my belongings and match me to the perfect sized unit at an affordable price! Her polite and approachable demeanor has made my day more enjoyable on several occasions when I have forgotten my gate code or unit number. She is always very patient and gracious when dealing with. I consider Vickie to be an invaluable part of the public storage team.
