- The staff has been great, the units are clean and security is good. My only issue is that the sign facing the street is not lit, and when it is dark your location can be hard to spot. Why not light the sign? It would be easier to locate you.

I had to wait until office opened in morning to confirm that info. Facility is large and well maintained. Manager was helpful and friendly. - First, the $1 advertisement is a come on. Only applies to "certain units." the 10 x 20 unit we rented costs $186 per month including insurance. The unit we rented has a defective roll door. It will not stay in the full open position. This is a hazard to anyone going in or out. We did not complain as our stuff was already mostly unloaded by the movers. Otherwise the unit is clean and apparently dry. The manager was pleasant.

- We did everything online. Had our moving in day. Which was great. Except for I went down to the office three different times to speak with somebody about a couple things I needed, and to see if you guys needed anything else from me. And no one was there even though the note on the door said they were on the property, and would be right back. We waited for over an hour! No one ever came back to the office to help us, or the other man that was waiting with us. Otherwise the property was OK.

- The storage facility itself is decent. The only issues I had was with the staff. I reserved a unit online through their website. Was constantly getting phone calls about moving in and signing the paperwork, even though my Move-In date that I selected online wasn't for another 4 days. Just to keep them from calling me 3 times a day, went in to sign paper work, which then started my lease on that day. While signing paper work, Michelle was giving me options for their rental insurance. She told me that I had to go with their company for the insurance, when I asked if I had to go through them. Ended up canceling it a week later when I was told by my Insurance Agent that the storage unit was already covered in my current Insurance Plan. Like I said, the property was decent, and had ok units. Would of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the pushy staff.
