- I've used this facility for several years and have been satisfied overall. Big appeal for me was that it's climate controlled (units are inside big multi-level building). Intake was by Karen who was very friendly & professional, as well as personable. She even offered a couple of good ideas. Access hours 6am to 9pm could be drawback for some but is otherwise reasonable. I had pleasure of seeing Karen again at end when finishing rental usage. It gave a sense of closure before going away.

- This storage facility was very clean and had the best price in the area! It's also just a few minutes from the center of the University of Michigan and has plenty of parking - making it a great option for students like myself. There are also platform carts to help with unloading which is a huge plus! I only interacted with the staff once, but the woman at the desk was very friendly and went out of her way to help me find my storage unit when I first arrived.
