Everything including paperwork was done online. Haven’t yet spoken to an actual person. Unit was fairly clean. Some spiders but that’s expected. Only problem was the actual useable dimensions. I have an 11.5 ft kayak I am storing so I got a 10’X12’ unit. However, the kayak won’t fit straight like it should if it was 12’ deep. Had to tilt it which affects my space for other things. I haven’t measured it but I should have been able to close the door if I placed the kayak straight. Just something to be aware of if you have something a certain length to store. Overall however, I’m satisfied with the unit and I’d recommend if someone were to ask me.
