- We have had some issues with dust probably as a result of the earth removal operation nearby. Otherwise it is a decent facility. Snow removal is pretty good but the last foot or two next to the building isn't plowed so you need to shovel to move stuff in and out. The light is nice.

After speaking with the onsite manager/agent, we were able to complete all of the information/documentation ahead of time, and was able to have everything lined up to make the storage easy to manage. We arrived, and although it was after hours, due to the diligence of the person that helped me, my directions/gate code/access, everything went smoothly. I was very satisfied with this experience, and location!!

- Entry and initial access to the unit was confusing: it initially appeared to me that the access code I was given was to open my unit, when it eventually became clear after arriving at the site that it was to enter the building itself. Because of the design of the building, it was very confusing to have to enter the building *and then* find the office, and further explanation of this issue would have been helpful. However, once I had found the site's manager and got access to my unit, everything else went smoothly and uneventfully.
