- Staff at the Gorham site are absolutely great . I would never recommend this facility to ANYONE since business was purchased by prime. Rates increase too often by too much. The contents in both of my 2 expensive units are entirely covered with sand/grit from an outside source. Prime requires too much personal information and insurance (it is a sad state of affairs if the the monthly fees can’t provide assurance of safety of contents)

- Price is ok, seemed to be cheapest compared to other options. Included one month free which is nice. There was a lot of leaves around the property which it would have been nice if they were cleaned up. The roads are somewhat narrow so keep that in mind if you are trying to move things out from a uhaul or something. Also a lot of rust on the outside of the locks and such, but it is an outside facility so I suppose that is to be expected. Customer service was nice and it was easy to sign up and get into the unit.
