- We have had some issues with dust probably as a result of the earth removal operation nearby. Otherwise it is a decent facility. Snow removal is pretty good but the last foot or two next to the building isn't plowed so you need to shovel to move stuff in and out. The light is nice.

- I needed a safe space to park my car long-term, and it just so happens they had one space left. Thankfully as I was driving from another part of the state, my passenger was able to locate this facility. After speaking with the onsite manager/agent, we were able to complete all of the information/documentation ahead of time, and was able to have everything lined up to make the storage easy to manage. We arrived, and although it was after hours, due to the diligence of the person that helped me, my directions/gate code/access, everything went smoothly. I was very satisfied with this experience, and location!!

I needed a large climate control unit which at the time wasn’t available at one time I had 3 units rented 2 small climate controlled and 1 large non climate controlled. April went so far above and beyond for me to get me into the large climate controlled unit I have. April was incredibly patient and put in an effort rarely seen by a customer service rep over the phone. I would highly recommend K. O storage.
