- My stuff was fine, nothing was harmed when I went to take everything out because the unit was no longer needed. HOWEVER, the gate doesn't work so all day and all night anyone can come in. Also, it smells like weed inside the building where the units are so it makes me think that people are hiding in the same place I'm trusting my stuff to be safe. There's also almost no one at the office when I want to make a payment or something. Whenever there is someone, though, they were very nice and professional. Which is why I'm giving them 3/5. Customer service=5 stars. Cleanliness=5 stars. Security....=1 star

- I’m about to file a complaint with State about this storage. When I signed up the person who provided me all the information and helped me with getting the unit assured me that the only way to keep the promotional price for the whole year is to pay for the 12 months in advance. I paid for 12 months and the next day while I was there to check on something, I asked if I can pay for 2 years and then she told me no. She called another manager in the phone then he said there’s no guarantee, but we give you 30 days notice before increasing the price. If I had known that I would’ve NEVER EVER moved into that facility. It’s a trap to get you in and then jack up the price. I spent a whole day and $1000 to move in. They mislead me and offered something that they don’t have. Either they fix this or I’ll make sure they pay for it. This is the first time I’m hearing this. For the last 20 years never ever experienced such a bad experience. I always paid in advance and rate stayed the same for the whole year.
