The only thing that I would suggest to Public Storage is that, in addition to listing unit prices online, they also let customers know that they have to insure their units immediately and what their insurance (Orange Door) costs per month. I was expecting to pay only $25.00 (the amount listed on the online reservation printout) but ended up paying $100.00 (first month's unit rent, insurance, a one-time $24.00 administration fee and proration through April 2020).

- When I arrived they had only one loading dock working and someone was there already but wasn’t really unloading anything, and said it is the only loading dock right by the elevator. The other is in the back of the building for the other units in the back. They also stated they only had one dolly for the entire facility, and they were unsure of where it was or who had it, so overall unloading everything took way longer than I expected with all the set backs. They provide a tubular like lock but no instructions on how to put it on, so I had to come back the following day after receiving a call it was put on improperly.
