- I had the best experience today at public storage. I went to public storage on Bladensburg Road where the unit was a little too small but the young lady there suggested that I go to the one on Tuxedo Road where I was assisted by a guy named Kenny. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile he didn't know that I was coming from another location but he assisted me with great customer service just like the first young lady. I can only speak for the two locations that I went to today but if their customer service is like this throughout all of their facilities they're doing a great job and also the facilities was clean and well kept at both locations.

- Arrived to our planned move in day on a Sunday only to find a sign on the office saying "sorry closed on Sundays in May". This was never communicated to us. No carts were left to move boxes. We had to fend for ourselves without any help on our first time arriving. It was a considerable hassle to move everything without a cart. They also gave us a unit on the "2nd Floor". No one explained that means it's basically an attic above the floor level units that must be accessed by a ladder. With some very heavy large boxes that was not a welcome discovery.
