- When opening my storage unit half of the ceiling was missing. The facility was not plowed of snow. This location was on a hill and that piece road was a sheet of ice. It tricky getting down and worse leaving up the hill. The 20 truck got stuck a few time just just moving the the facility getting to the unit and leaving. Very poor conditions and dangerous.
