- the staff at this location is fantastic. positive, upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable, answering all questions and making effective suggestions. I am not a fan of upsales but they were clearly doing their job and made me aware of all products so i could pickup what i really needed. My primary dissappointment or surprise with the facility is that a multi-floor storage space has only 2 loading carts for the entire building of hundreds of units. This is OK if no one else is there, but considering the location has less than 10 units left it's jam packed full and people get there and get upset that there are no carts or loading equipment, one customer even got mad at the 2 of us using the carts to load/unload our units and blamed us for using the carts and left angrily. We were both unknown customers at the time but the shortage of carts caused us to work together so that while i was loading in, no carts came upstairs empty and while loading out no carts went downstairs empty and this coordinated team effort was done in interest of getting us both out sooner and getting the carts available again. This rushed feeling causing tension between customers because there are not enough carts at a storage facility seems like a minor issue with a very quick solution in my opinion, perhaps with some of the profits from such a successful venture your company could invest in several more carts, handtrucks or other loading tools to help the large amount of customers effectively load into and out of their storage units. if that is changed my rating moves to 5 stars because everything else is wonderful! thank you!

Then she walked me through the facility, and upon my request, graciously assisted me by showing me a larger unit, which better fit my needs. We went back to the office, where I finalized my rental agreement. The whole process was completed in about 15 minutes. Fast and easy!

- Over recent years, this facility is quickly becoming a dump. Doors are broken. Gate rarely is operational. Poor to no lighting within interior units. The only thing PS has going for them is the personnel at Veterans Hwy Millersville. Cristine is very personable and accommodating. If it wasn't for her, I'd have left PS long ago!
