- The customer service people who helped me setup the rental, Lewis & Ronald, were very helpful & patient with my questions. The only thing they didn't mention was the need to bring your own lock for the unit. The only reason I mention it is to suggest that it be mentioned just in case people in rushed, stressful situations forget the obvious like me! The on-site local property manager very kindly solved the problem by selling one to me. It just threw me off when my movers called me & said they couldn't get into the unit when I was rushing to get there. This move was setup within a few hours and so I didn't have time to think through some of the obvious. The service provided by both the local manager & the customer service line overall was excellent! Thank You.

- I was greeted and handled very well. Page was such a pleasure to work with. She even showed us to my storage unit and made me at ease through the whole process. The unit and facility if very clean and impressive. I especially would like to comment about the door design. I love how it is unlike other storage facilities where they "roll open" these doors open like regular doors and seem like they would help not to get stuck like the other ones always did. All in all, I am very impressed!!
