- The experience was overall quick and easy. The facility manager called me a few days after my online reservation to answer any questions I may have and to confirm my move in date. The day of move in was simple with only a few forms to complete and a quick tour to my storage unit. The only minor issue was that I reserved an entry floor unit, received a confirmation email stating so, but the day of move in, was given a 3rd floor. Not a big deal as they adjusted the monthly rent accordingly and there were moving carts to use and an elevator. All in all, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would recommend Life Storage.

He helped us to select the appropriate sized unit and suggested purchasing bags to wrap mattresses. I can see where a ramp is impossible on the larger set of stairs but it would be extremely helpful if the smaller set of steps to the second level were were a ramp.
